Prof. Xinxin Li received B.S. degree from Tsinghua University and Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, China. He was engaged as Research Associate in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Lecturer (COE Fellowship) in Tohoku University, Japan. Since 2001, he has been a Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinses Academy of Sciences, where he had served as the director of State Key Lab of Transducer Technology of China. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Fudan University and Shanghai Tech University. His research interest includes micro/nano sensors and MEMS/NEMS technology. Prof. Li has given many invited presentations such as the plenary talk in IEEE MEMS 2022 and the invited talk in Transducers 2009. He served as TPC member for IEEE MEMS and IEEE Sensors. Dr. Raul Duarte Salgueiral Gomes Campilho is a Permanent Auxiliary Professor at ISEP – School of Engineering, Porto, Portugal. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP, he also holds Habilitation in the same field, awarded with unanimous distinction. He specializes in fracture mechanics, material characterization, adhesive joint design, composite strength prediction, and machine design. Dr. Campilho has over two decades of teaching experience across institutions like ISEP, ESEIG, and ULP, where he teaches subjects such as Finite Element Method, Mechanics of Materials, and Machine Design. He has supervised six Ph.D., 266 M.Sc., and 52 B.Sc. theses.

He holds 40 invention patents, and over ten of his achievements have been promoted and applied in Henan Hanwei Electronics Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jingchuang Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yaolu Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. He has published 350 SCI papers, among which 25 have been successively selected as ESI highly cited papers, with a total citation count of 17,000 and an H-index of 67. His research project "Microstructure Design, Controllable Preparation and Sensitization Mechanism Study of Metal Oxide Gas Sensing Materials" won the second prize of the Shanghai Natural Science Award in 2015. Currently, he is presiding over a project topic of the National Key Research and Development Program, namely "Preparation of Silicon-based Wafer-level Gas Sensing Films and Testing of Their Thermal Properties" (Project No. 2020YFB2008602), and a General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Dr. Martin Krebs was born on March 12, 1956, in Osnabrück. He studied physics at TU Clausthal, where he later worked as an assistant at the Institute for Corrosion and Corrosion Protection while preparing his PhD thesis. In 1989, he joined VARTA Microbattery GmbH, leading the research department for over three decades. Since 2001, he has also headed the company's patent department and has been responsible for managing EU- and government-funded research projects. His work since 2005 has focused on R&D for printed batteries in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences of Media (HdM) in Stuttgart. In 2014, he began working with ELMERIC to bring printed batteries into mass production. After retiring from VARTA in 2022, Dr. Krebs became an independent consultant for printed batteries, supporting various scientific and technical groups. Since June 2023, he has been cooperating with the Flex Power team.

Prof. HuanLiu is a professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China. She obtained her master's and doctorate degrees from HUST in 2004 and 2008, respectively. She conducted postdoctoral research in colloidal quantum dot optoelectronic devices at the University of Toronto, Canada from 2009 to 2011.Her research primarily focuses on intelligent gas sensors. Huan Liu has authored 133SCI papers with over 7,600 SCI citations. In 2023 and 2024, she has been honored among top 2% of scientists in the world by a Stanford University study that looks at the impact of scientists worldwide. In the past five years, she has made 22 invited presentations at academic conferences including the International Meeting on Chemical Sensors and the World Sensors summit. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the Young Scientist Award at Asian Conference on Chemical Sensor (ACCS 2017). Her achievements have been acknowledged with the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Chinese Society of Electronics, the first prize of Technological Invention of Hubei Province, and the first prize of Natural Science of Hubei Province.

Liu Songlin is an associate professor at Information Engineering University, mainly engaged in teaching and research work on Beidou applications in location services, unmanned systems and intelligentization.

Prof. Ľubomír Švorc, D.Sc., aged 42, is the author and co-author of 170 scientific publications (3300 independent citations, H-index 36). At the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology, Slovak University of Technology (STU) in Bratislava, his research is focused on the development of novel electroanalytical methods for the determination of trace levels of pharmaceuticals, food additives, and environmental species using progressive electrochemical sensors. Prof. Švorc serves as a principal investigator on multiple research projects and is actively involved in bilateral international collaborations. Prof. Ahmed Bendahmane received the PhD degree in 2013 in Computer Sciences from Abdelmalek Essaadi Tetuan, Morocco. He has been a professor of Computer Sciences in Abdelmalek Essaadi University since 2016 and past head of IT service of Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Tetuan, Morocco (2003-2016). His main research interests include distributed systems, IoT, BigData, Artificial Intelligence, security of grid and cloud computing systems, Intrusion journals and international conference. Jia Zhu is an Associate Professor in the School of Material and Energy Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State University in 2020, and his Master's and Bachelor’s degrees from Sun Yat-sen University in 2015 and 2012, respectively. From 2020 to 2021, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Penn State University. Dr. Sainudeen Pattazhy, famous Indian Environmentalist, former Associate professor in Zoology at Kerala University and currently working as Professor at an International University in Singapore. Dr. Amarsingh V. Thakur is currently serving as a Project Research Scientist (II) at the Clinical Pharmacology Department, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, India. Dr. Kaya Kuru received the B.Sc. degree from the National Defense University (Turkish Military Academy), the ADP/Major degree in computer engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), the M.B.A. degree from Selçuk University, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science/medical Informatics from METU. He completed his postdoctoral studies with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, U.K. He is a Software Engineer and currently an Associate Professor of computer-information systems engineering. He has recently engaged in the implementation of numerous AI-based real-world systems within various funded projects. His research interests include the development of geo-distributed autonomous intelligent systems using FL, ML, DL, and DRL with CPSs.

Dr. Huizi Li, Associate Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Sensing Technology, Shanghai Institute of Micro System and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and her Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She then served as a Senior Research Fellow (postdoctoral researcher) at The Photonics Institute of Nanyang Technological University. Prof. Hasan Koten graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department with honor of degree in 2007. At the same time, he received a BSC degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department as a double major. Hasan KOTEN worked in the first full geometry engine design project for The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). During his Ph.D., he worked as a visiting scholar at the Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research (CAR). Hasan KÖTEN also worked as a consultant for TUBITAK Domestic Electric Vehicle Design project in 2017. He attended to CEDP group at Brunel University as a post-doctorate researcher in 2018. He leaded number of projects, M Sc and PhD thesis in this combustion field. He attended and presented more than 150 conference proceedings and published about 100 articles indexed in SCI and SCI-e. He is awarded by TUBITAK 2238 programme with first degree over all national PhD thesis applications. Dr. Hasan KÖTEN is still working at the mechanical engineering department of Istanbul Medeniyet University. Currently, He is working at Turkey's largest TÜBİTAK budgeted 2400HP 16 and 8-cylinder engine production project.

Ms. Heping Cui is a research assistant at the faculty of electrical engineering and information technology of RWTH Aachen University. Her research focuses on the fabrication and mechanistic study of one-dimensional semiconductor-based transistors and bioelectronic devices. Assoc. Prof Uma Mahesh R N is an Assoc. Prof at ATME College of Engineering, Mysore, Karnataka, India. He has served as an Asst. Prof, Guest Lecturer, and lecturer for eight and half years. He has pursued his research in Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Chennai and also qualified UGC-NET Exam in Dec 2019. He obtained his master’s degree, M Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems from VTU, Karnataka, India in 2012 and bachelor’s degree, B E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka, India in 2009. Dr. Duc Trung Hoang is currently a Researcher at the Control, Robotics, and Embodied AI (CREA) Group, Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He earned his Ph.D. in 2018 and has extensive experience in applied machine learning, data science, optimal control, and predictive maintenance systems. His current research focuses on developing advanced predictive maintenance frameworks for road infrastructure, employing machine learning, multi-objective optimization, and deep learning methodologies. Dr. Hoang is committed to collaborating internationally to advance sustainable infrastructure management and innovative sensor technologies.

Mr. Muzamil Majeed is a PhD scholar in Material Science at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. I am pioneering advanced energy storage solutions. My research focuses on developing innovative materials for fuel cells, batteries, and other energy applications. I have extensive experience in synthesizing and characterizing materials for Proton-Conducting Electrolyte Cells (PCEC) and Li-Ion Batteries. Equipped with a strong background in scientific research and analytical techniques, I am committed to driving progress in sustainable energy technology. My goal is to collaborate with industry partners and researchers to contribute to more efficient and environmentally-friendly energy systems.

Prof. Pastor R. Arguelles is a distinguished academic and international multi-award-winning scientist, professor, and researcher in computer studies. He currently serves as the Director of the Research and Publication Office at the University of Batangas, Lipa Campus, Philippines. With a career spanning 28 years in academia, including 12 years as Dean of the College of Computer Studies, he is a renowned expert in his field. Dr. Arguelles holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Education and dual master's degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science from prestigious institutions in the Philippines. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Batangas. His professional experience includes five years as a software developer with prominent organizations like Arc Angel Corporation, Accenture Philippines, and ITF Inc.

Dr. Pablo Gimenez-Gomez, researcher at Stockholm University. He has long experience in the development of lab-on-a-chip systems combining optical and electrochemical sensors with microfluidic architectures applied to the detection of analytes of interest in the food/beverage industry, environmental control or clinical diagnostics. He has participated in 10 national projects (two as PI), 2 international projects (as PI) and 7 R&D Innovation Contracts (one as PI). He is scientific advisor of The Smart Lollipop, a technological start-up working in the development of point-of-care clinical devices. He has published 32 peer-reviewed papers, he is co-author of 1 patent and he has also presented more than 35 works at scientific conferences in those fields.

Dr. Mattia Nieddu is an early-career researcher in sol–gel chemistry, specializing in the design of hybrid nanomaterials for biological and optoelectronic applications. Currently a Junior Investigator in the NANOLIGHT project at the University of Alicante, he conducts research on photocatalytic bio-hybrid systems. He has been awarded a prestigious MSCA fellowship and multiple competitive grants supporting his independent research line.

Prasanth Yadla is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in natural language processing and multi-modal foundation models. At Amazon, he worked on open-domain question answering systems within Alexa AI, contributing to advancements in conversational AI. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Physics from BITS Pilani, India. Prasanth brings a research-informed, engineering-focused approach to building scalable machine learning systems, with particular interest in applying AI to complex domains like healthcare and language understanding.
